Club Lime Swim School Awarded ACT Swim School of the Year

1 October 2018

Club Lime Swim School (CLSS) CISAC, part of the Viva Leisure Group, has been recognised as ACT’s AUSTSWIM Swim School of the Year for the second year in a row, an outstanding achievement for the well-established operation.

Two of CLSS’s Instructors were also acknowledged as the best in the business, with Learn to Swim Instructor, Yvonne Court, crowned the number one AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics as well as Trevor Mettam being presented with the AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics - Access and Inclusion – Adult award.

The entire CLSS team has worked tirelessly throughout the year to help both children and adults alike to achieve improved swimming and water safety skills whilst reinforcing the important principles and practices of water safety.

Club Lime will be opening their second Swim School at the Australian National University (ANU) in a brand new purpose-built facility currently under construction in the desired Kambri development in the heart of the ANU campus.  Club Lime ANU will be open in February 2019 and will offer learn to swim programs for babies, children and adults, as well as a 25m pool for lap swimming and 1,000sqm health club.

“Congratulations to Yvonne, Trevor and all of our incredible team for their hard work throughout the year.  This is a fantastic and deserved achievement by the Club Lime Swim School team, a much appreciated acknowledgement of all of our Instructor’s passion and commitment to aquatic education and safety.  We are very excited about the expansion of the Club Lime Swim School, rolling out an additional Learn to Swim program at the ANU in 2019. We look forward to continuing to educate the ACT community on the values of water education and safety” said Josh Agustin, Club Lime Swim School & Aquatic Programs Coordinator.
